The work 1/318 658 continues the series of works that encompass a social theme. As in the earlier works the interaction with the protagonists is realized and presented in the form of a video recording and a graphic which constitutes an integral part of the work. The two video recordings portray two destinies: one of the twenty five year old Branimir, and one of the forty year old Goran, two different life stories imbued with thoughts, emotions, and conditions of the protagonists. In their stories the emphasis is put on unemployment which prompts people to try to earn money in different ways to ensure their existence. The graphic, i.e. the blind print of a work permit, together with the shared number 318 685 serves as a binder for the two videos. Unfortunately, the number is showing the tendency to rise.
Note:The work is still in progress, and with time the number of video recordings (portraits) will grow.

Rad “1/ 318 658” nastavak je serije radova koji se dotiču socijalne tematike. Kao i u prethodnim radovima interakcija s protagonistima ostvarena je i predstavljena u vidu video zapisa i grafike koja je sastavni dio rada. Dva video uratka portretiraju dvije sudbine: dvadesetpetogodišnjeg Branimira i četrdesetogodišnjeg Gorana, dvije različite životne priče prožete promišljanjima, osjećajima i stanjima protagonista. U pričama naglasak je na nezaposlenosti koja ljudima nalaže traganje za različitim načinima zarade ne bi li osigurali svoju egzistenciju. Broj 318658 zajednički je protagonistima ovog rada jer je to, u danom trenutku, bio broj nezaposlenih ljudi u Republici Hrvatskoj. Grafika, odnosno slijepi otisak radne knjižice, spona je između dva videa kao i jedinstveni broj 318658. Na žalost, broj je podložan rastu.
