The idea for the series of prints arose as a result of the earthquake that occurred in central Croatia in March 2020. The title itself suggests the earth’s constant change, but also my attempt to draw a large number of straight lines on a natural material (aluminum), which is very resistant. It remains only as an idea, and I define the possibility and resistance of me as a human being against nature through confronting nature as a living being. Using the basic artistic element; I try to confirm my idea of a straight line with the point from which the line is formed, and with the resistance to the natural material, but nature, for I don’t know how many times, sends a very direct message that this is not possible. At every moment, despite maximum concentration, the line becomes and is uneven like the aforementioned natural disaster in which man sees his own fragility and, almost, insignificance compared to the mother that we often define as the Earth.

Ideja za seriju grafika nastaje uslijed potresa koji se dogodio u središnjoj Hrvatskoj u ožujku 2020.godine. Samim naslovom sugerira se zemljina neprestana mijena, ali i moj pokušaj da na prirodnom materijalu (aluminij) koji je vrlo otporan, pokušam povući velik broj ravnih linija. To ostaje samo kao ideja, a mogućnost i otpor mene kao čovjeka spram prirode, definiram kroz konfrontiranje spram prirode kao živog bića. Služeći se osnovnim likovnim elementom; točkom iz koje nastaje linija, te otporom prema prirodnom materijalu nastojim potvrditi svoju ideju ravne linije, ali priroda mi (nam), po ne znam koji puta, vrlo direktno šalje poruku kako to nije moguće. U svakom trenutku, unatoč maksimalnoj koncentraciji, linija biva i jest neravna poput gore navedene prirodne katastrofe u kojoj čovjek uviđa vlastitu fragilnost i, gotovo, nebitnost spram majke koju često definiramo kao Zemlja.
